- Transportation Advisory Board opposes city's plan to reopen West Pearl. The board says reopening West Pearl to cars will come at the expense of safer and more accessible streets for cyclists and pedestrians. (Reporting Lab)
- Boulder's police oversight group publishes its first report. Boulder's City Council approved the ordinance that established a police oversight panel. The panel tasks include reviewing complaints against the BPD and recommending best practices for the department. (CPR)
- Three bears were hanging out on the University Hill. The bears were spotted near Lincoln Place and Euclid Street, which is less than a mile away from the CU campus. Reports indicate that it was a mamma bear and her two cubs. (FOX31)
- Boulder want's public input on scooter pilot program. For the past year, Boulder has allowed 200 scooters to be tested in designated areas, and now the City is looking for your input on whether or not to expand the program. (Yahoo!)
- Local start up wants to revolutionize the idea of local. Boulder-based Nigh service is designed to connect community to small local businesses. Nigh partners with businesses to organize special deals or promotions that are only available to their app's users. (CU Independent)
