- A plan to expand cloud seeding in Colorado is taking shape. It's not a new thing, but with climate change wrecking havoc on traditional weather patterns, plans are shaping up to expand the practice in several areas of the state. (CO Sun)
- Housing is at the top of Boulder's City Council agenda, but parking for ADUs takes a back seat. City planners have been handed deadlines by city council to come up with recommendations that would boost the city’s housing stock, including in single-family home neighborhoods. The hope is that some of the proposals would expand the number of accessory dwelling units allowed. (Reporting Lab)
- Wildlife officials are keeping a close eye on napping bear in Central Boulder. The bear was initially spotted in the tree on Friday, where it been snoozing two days. Wildlife officials say that the location of the tree is in a difficult spot to tranquilize the bear without injuring the bear, so for now they are keeping a watchful eye on the bear to see what its next move is. - Voters approve release of TABOR refunds for affordable housing. The ballot item promises to deliver as many as 170,000 new affordable homes and rental units statewide over a ten year period. (KDVR)
- Colorado's 3rd U.S. District is still a toss up. Incumbent congresswoman Lauren Boebert continues to hang on to a razor thin lead against Democratic challenger Adam Frisch. The last vote count released had the Boebert's lead down to 1,122 votes. (FOX 31)
