Here are the top stories in Boulder today:

  1. RTD sets new plan for future service into action. Tuesday night, the beleaguered transit agency's board of directors voted to make a dramatic overhaul of the Regional Transportation District's bus network, which will remove little-used lines and increase service in high demand areas. Changes include the return of the express Flatiron Flyer service. (Denverite)
  2. Funds for rebuilding after the Marshall Fire available. Boulder County has a program that will help those impacted by the Marshall Fire to apply for money to rebuild. (9News)
  3. Document that outlines how to reform Boulder's Police Department makes its premiere. The "Reimagining Policing" document is aimed at making changes to how public safety is administered and overseen. (Boulder Beat)
  4. More electric car chargers are on the way to Colorado. Colorado highways will soon be part of a project aimed at using federal grant money to build out a robust electric charging program. (CPR)
  5. 'Normal' metro area temperatures might mean more 90-degree days. Over the last 10 years, the number of days with temperatures rising above 90-degrees have increased significantly. (FOX31)
