- Boulder Reservoir's swim beach reopens after closure. Boulder Parks and Recreation closed the popular swim beach on Tuesday after having been closed due to elevated bacterial growth in the water. (Press-Syndicate)
- Boulder County mosquitoes may be carrying the West Nile Virus. Boulder County Public Health is warning the public that mosquitos caught in traps across parts of the county have tested positive for the West Nile virus. (FOX31)
- Upslope Brewing is being sued over hard seltzer product. Boulder’s Upslope Brewing is being sued by two people that claim that the brewery's Spiked Snowmelt products tricked them into believing the beverage had some nutritional value. (Rapid Telecast)
