Temps in The 100s And Red Flag Warning: Boulder Weather
There is a high risk of fire danger today from dry, windy weather. Saturday, cooling thunderstorms are predicted.

BOULDER, CO – Temperatures rising into the triple-digits and windy, dry conditions will increase the risk of fire danger Thursday. The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning starting at 11 a.m. Thursday and lasting through 9 p.m. for higher elevations.
Today's Boulder weather will be sunny and hot, with a high near 101. Light southwest winds will blow at 6 to-11 mph. in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 16 mph, the National Weather Service said.
Expect things to cool down tonight with temps dropping to 62. And cooling thunderstorms are predicted for Saturday, with a high near 81.
