  2. Workers file for union vote at Trader Joe's in Boulder. Workers at Trader Joe's on 28th Street hope to organize and be part of the United Food and Commercial Workers union. If approved this would be the third Trader Joe's in the country to file to create a union. (Local News)
  3. Lefthand Canyon Plane crash victims identified. The victims in last week's plane crash have been identified as 48-year-old Sandra Kirby, and her two children, 17-year-old Ian Kirby and 13-year-old Amanda Kirby. The pilot has not been identified yet. (CBS4)
  4. Superior board approves stricter building codes. After several hours of public comment on Monday night, the Board of Trustees of Superior voted in favor of amending the town's building ordinance to allow for building and landscape design in the wildland-urban interface. (Hometown)
  5. Frontier deal to buy Sprint Airlines is officially dead. On Wednesday, the two airlines announced they had abandoned their merger proposal that was scuttled by an all-cash offer from JetBlue Airways. (CO Sun)
