Veterans Day 2019: What's Open, Closed In Boulder

BOULDER, CO — In honor of those who've served in our nation's armed forces, some city services and institutions will be closed on Veteran's Day.

The following city services will be closed Nov 11:

• all city administrative offices
• Police Records
• Property & Evidence
• Code Enforcement
• Police - Pearl Street Annex
• Meals on Wheels Café Classico and home deliveries
• All Boulder public libraries
• East and West Senior Centers
• North Boulder Recreation Center
• South Boulder Recreation Center
• Planning and Development Services Center
• No building inspections will be conducted

The following will be open Nov. 11:

• All recreation centers
• Flatirons Golf Course
• Boulder Reservoir
• Open Space and Mountain Parks’ Chautauqua Ranger Cottage, 900 Baseline
• Meals on wheels home deliveries

Walmart, Target, Safeway and King Soopers stores will be open on the holiday, but check individual stores for hours as they may be closing early.

Parking is free on city streets and in all city lots and garages for the Veterans Day holiday.
