Calling all private non-profits serving Broomfield! The City and County of Broomfield Health and Human Services department is seeking applicants for the 2021 Private Non-Profit Grant Program. Awards vary depending on need and are contingent on available funding.

Apply if your private non-profit mission is related to health and human services needs, including but not limited to:

• Whole Family Success
• Physical Health
• Behavioral Health
• Collaboration and Integration with Broomfield Health and Human Services

Applications open on Sept. 11 and interested private non-profits are invited to attend an online informational session on Sept. 24. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Oct. 16. Learn more and apply at Broomfield.org/PNPGrant
