While the Broomfield Board of Health voted Tuesday night to adopt Public Health Order 2020-04, requiring face coverings in indoor settings in Broomfield, a review by Broomfield’s public health and legal officials determined the two orders are substantially similar.
“Face coverings are critical to slowing the spread of the novel COVID-19 coronavirus,” said Jason Vahling, Director of Broomfield Public Health. “Bottom line is that wearing a mask is required in indoor spaces under both orders. This is one of the things that will help us get back on top of this virus.”
