What qualifies a business?
- Headquartered and operate in Colorado, in Good Standing and has 1 or more employee
- Small businesses only (under 2.5 million in 2019 receipts)
- Operating in 2019, or opened business between January 1 and March 26, 2020, and committed to operating for at least the next six months
- Has seen an impact of 20% or more on 2019 sales/activities since the pandemic began.
- Operates in the following sectors:
- Restaurants (including food trucks)Bars (including brewery, wineries, and distilleries)
- Caters
- Movie theaters
- Gyms/fitness
