Additionally, some have reported not being able to call in last week due to technical issues. While we have been able to call back those we know were in the queue, if you have not been contacted and had been on hold but dropped before being called on, we ask that you contact us at 303.438.6300, and staff will add your name and contact information to the call list so you will have an opportunity to voice your position before any action is taken.

At that meeting, as is a typical procedure, the Mayor will re-open the public hearing. The developer can present a response to the comments and concerns raised at the prior meeting and while revised plans are not anticipated before August 25, if material is submitted in advance of the meeting by the applicant, staff will post the information to the Broomfield Voice website listed below. The public will also be given the opportunity to speak again on the matter and/or respond to new comments made by the developer. Public comment will be available by calling 855.695.3744 and pressing star 3 (*3) to be placed in the queue or by emailing council@broomfieldcitycouncil.org.
The standard protocol allows that between the two meetings, the community and developer can and have reached out to staff to debrief about the project and understand what, if any, opportunities there are moving forward.
The Mayor and City Councilmember contacts with residents or the developer outside of the public hearing process are not permitted.
The staff memorandum including the draft findings of denial will be made available by Friday, August 21 at the latest when the agenda is published.
