- Harrison School District two is getting some holiday cheer from the Pikes Peak United Way (PPWU). The non-profit fundraiser organization wants to provide support to students and families this holiday season by hosting multiple Christmas drives and events throughout December. This year, the Christmas drive is called Adopt-A-Family -- where families can now adopt a family for the holiday season. PPWU is seeking for the community's help to adopt a family and make their holiday season more memorable.(KRDO)
- The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is thrilled to be hosting its 31st annual Electric Safari event. The festivities start this Friday and run through the New Year. - The Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a Northstar Bank off Highway 24. (KRDO)
