COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- A body found partially decomposed in a marshy area in Colorado Springs April 11 was identified by the El Paso County Coroner's Office and the Metro Crime Lab as Kevin Lee Liggett, 41, of Colorado Springs. Police were alerted to the body near Fountain Creek southeast of Las Vegas Street and Tejon Street.The cause of death was not yet determined. Family members had been posting on social media that <a href="https://m.facebook.com/Help-Find-Kevin-199573600796441/?ref=content_filter" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Liggett had not spoken to them</a> since September, 2017. They sought the public's help finding him. This investigation is in its early stages.
