El Pueblo History Museum Hosts Annual Ethnic Christmas Open House
Event to feature food and traditions of the local Mexican, Slovenian/Croatian, and Italian cultures.

From El Pueblo History Museum: El Pueblo History Museum invites the community to enjoy an evening of Pueblo’s ethnic heritages at the annual Ethnic Christmas Open House on Friday, December 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. The event is free to the public and will feature the food and traditions of the local Mexican, Slovenian/Croatian, and Italian cultures.
CSU-Pueblo Ballet Folklorico, Okolitza Tamburitzans, and singer Al Collette will provide performances showcasing the beautiful folk music and dances of the different cultures. The museum will offer free gallery admission to all guests and a 20% discount in the Museum Store featuring products made by local artists and Native American artisans
El Pueblo History Museum is located at 301 N. Union Avenue in historic downtown Pueblo and is open daily, Monday –Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. Admission to the museum is $5 for adults; $4 for students, seniors (65+), and children (up to 18); and children under 6 are free. The museum currently has a free exhibit, The Bell Rings: Pueblo’s Historic High School Rivalry, on the Bell Game.
