James Joseph Gile, 40, was identified as the man observed in surveillance video shooting out the windows of 13 parked cars in and near the 4500 block of Misty Drive in November, 2017. Police used private surveillance video from houses where cars were damaged to identify Gile, and a car he was in, over several months.
