Colo. Springs Toddler Found In Arizona
Police Found Emilio Miranda, age 1, taken from a court-ordered foster placement by his birth-mother Dionicia Miranda, 19.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. - UPDATE: A missing toddler was found with his birth-mother in Arizona, Colorado Springs police said.
The child, Emilio Miranda, age 1, was removed from a court-ordered placement on Mount Vernon Street in central Colorado Springs around 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police working with Crimes Against Children detectives and Arizona police located Emilio Wednesday with his non-custodial mother, Dionicia Miranda, 19.
Miranda was taken into custody without incident, police said.

UPDATE: On May 2, 2018, Crimes Against Children Detectives worked with law enforcement professionals in Arizona to locate Ms. Miranda and Emilio. Both were located in good condition. Ms. Miranda was taken into custody without incident. CSPD thanks the public for their assistance
