Dane Graves, 69, was arrested Feb. 2, 2017 after Colorado Springs police investigated Jan. 19, 2017 allegations that Graves had sexually assaulted a neighbor girl, age 12 in a mobile home park in the area of Powers Boulevard and Hancock Expressway. Colorado Springs police believed Graves may have had other victims. Detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit took Graves into custody, charged with sexual assault on a child. On Nov. 1, 2017, Graves was found guilty at trial.
