- Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation And Cultural Services has begun to create a Master Plan for a new park in eastern Colorado Springs. The plan is the first step in the multi-step process to form a park near the intersection of Tutt Boulevard and Barnes Road. Recommendations for the design, development ideas, and construction details will be included in the plan. (Press Release Desk)
- The Colorado Springs Police Department has arrested a suspect who allegedly robbed multiple Colorado Springs businesses. Ryan David Nelson, 50-years-old, was arrested from the 8000 block of Interlaken Drive and is being charged with multiple counts of aggravated robbery. (Press Release Desk)
- Security camera footage catches a man rummaging through an Indigo Ranch neighborhood mailbox row. Residents of the neighborhood are asking the community for help in identifying the man. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service Office has notified residents that the man in the video is not one of their employees and they have been received reports of mail theft throughout Northeast Colorado Springs.
