1. The Pikes Peak Little Free Pantry is asking for the public's help in filling its mini pantries. The organization provides 24-7 access to free food, toiletries, and personal items. The stocked provisions have been declining due to the recent increase in living expenses and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. (FOX21News.com)
2. The Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department is hosting a Motorless Morning at the Garden of the Gods Park on Apr. 30. The event is between 5:00 a.m. and noon. No cars or motorized vehicles will gain access to the park during the event. The department hosts this event twice per year since its formation in 2018. (KRDO)
3. A Colorado Springs man has been arrested on charges from two 30-year-old cold cases in Arizona. Thomas Davis Cox, 58, is being held on a $1 million cash bond. He is facing 16 different charges that include suspicion of first-degree murder, burglary, and kidnapping. (9News.com KUSA)
