  1. Pikes Peak Crime Stoppers has increased their reward to $5,000 for any information about the November shooting at a Memorial Park Skating Center that left an adult and a child dead.
    The shooting took place at a skate park along Pikes Peak Ave at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20. Colorado Springs Police officers arrived to find one child dead, with another child and an adult suffering from gunshot wounds. The adult later passed at the hospital.   2. Visitation to people incarcerated by the Colorado Department of Corrections will no longer be held in person following the latest policy from CDOC. The department cited the omicron spread for ceasing in-person visitations. (FOX31 Denver)
  3. Colorado College in Colorado Springs was the first in the city and second university in Colorado to require staff, students, and faculty to have a COVID-19 booster shot. The University of Colorado Colorado Springs announced yesterday it will also require booster shots by Jan. 18. Face coverings are also required when on campus. (KRDO)
