1. On Saturday afternoon, a woman escaped after a man kidnapped her. Police were called to the 500 block of South 8th Street at about 3:00 p.m. after a woman reported she was forced into a vehicle at gunpoint. The victim was supposedly shopping when a man approached her and forced her into a black SUV on the west side of Colorado Springs. (Colorado Springs Gazette)
2. Two people were hospitalized after a shooting in a nightclub east of downtown Colorado Springs on Saturday night, police say. Police were called at about 11 p.m. Saturday on reports of a possible drive-by at Babylonia, but officers believe the suspect was in the club before opening fire. Two people were injured and drove themselves to a nearby hospital. (KKTV 11 News)
3. A fire broke out in a Colorado Springs home early Sunday morning near Centennial and Garden of the Gods road. Twenty firefighters responded to the fire, and the person inside was able to escape unharmed other than smoke inhalation. Crews had the fire under control within 15 minutes. (KKTV 11 News)

• Crews from the Colorado Springs Fire Department's High Angle program were able to get out for some winter training. Whether it's summer or winter, the firefighters are constantly training. (Facebook)
