Code error and unclear language amendment process

If you've spotted code errors or language that is unclear or directly conflicts with other language in the code, please help us out by submitting a proposed amendment to correct these issues. CPD is currently accepting proposed amendments to correct errors, mistakes or misprints, and/or unclear or conflicting language to the following code documents:

· 2019 Denver Building and Fire Code

· Denver's Green Buildings Ordinance

· Denver's Green Buildings Ordinance Rules and Regulations

Note: CPD staff will only review proposals containing code error or unclear/conflicting language amendments. We will not review any new or previously submitted code change proposals. All proposals must be received by July 1, 2020.
