The West Metro Chamber of Commerce, Jefferson County's regional chamber, in partnership with the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation (JeffcoEDC), present the BizHub Exchange Business Summit on May 5, 2026, at Red Rocks Community College's Lakewood Campus.

This B2B summit is designed to bring together industry leaders and representatives from small, medium, and large businesses across Jeffco and the Denver metro region for education and discussion around some of the most pressing issues and opportunities facing the business community today.

Our keynote speaker is Paul Gibbons. Paul is a Colorado-based author, speaker, and advisor to Fortune 500 companies including Shell, Microsoft, and Barclays. He has written eight books on change, leadership, and AI strategy, and is one of a small number of thinkers who get both the tech, and the leadership required to make it work. He talks globally and he is talking to us.

For more than three decades, Paul has advised C-suites and boards on their hardest human problems: culture, ethics, technological disruption, and the future of work. He has worked with or alongside firms such as PwC, IBM, Deloitte, and KPMG, helping their leaders navigate AI, digital transformation, innovation, and large-scale change without losing sight of people, evidence, or ethics.

Paul will open with a clear map of how businesses — from solo operators to large firms — are using AI right now. Not the hype. Three concrete modes of adoption, and an honest look at which stage most of us are at (hint: it's earlier than we think). You'll recognize your own business in the framework — and leave knowing what the next move looks like.

The second half will include a structured 20-minute workshop. Paul will give you a business problem — something like designing a new product line or building a go-to-market strategy — and you'll work through it with AI tools, live. No prior experience required. Whether you've never opened ChatGPT or you use it daily, you'll leave having done something real with it, not just watched a demo.

We'll also open the floor for questions that don't always get answered at these events: What should I be telling my kids about AI? How do I talk to my employees about it? What are the things I should genuinely be worried about — and what's just noise? Paul will give you straight answers.

This session is built for Denver's business community — realtors, contractors, professional services, manufacturers, and everyone in between. No jargon. No enterprise software. Practical intelligence for the businesses you're running.
