Candidates' Forum To Be Held For Denver School Board Election

DENVER, CO — A candidates' forum will be held next week for the upcoming Denver Public Schools Board election. Nine school board candidates are vying for three seats on the board Nov. 5. If you'd like to meet the candidates before you head to the polls, several forums will be held in Denver in the lead up to the election.

Next week's forum will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the GALS Charter School, 750 Galapago Street.

The Denver Public Schools Board, which serves about 93,000 students, sets policy, works on reform strategies and aims to help students achieve the best possible education.
