- Candy shop's van stolen. Enstrom's candy store in Cherry Creek had its delivery van stolen on Monday night. The owners are hoping customers can help get the distinctive vehicle back. (KDVR)
- Property owners across the city will be paying more for Denver sidewalks if ballot issue passes. The proposed plan headed to November's ballot, includes annual fees that would be paid by Denver homeowners to fix and maintain sidewalks across the city. Currently each individual homeowner is responsible for their own sidewalk repair, maintenance and replacement. (9News)
- Woman found dead at in Boulder was killed for guns, money and drugs. Alexis Baca was found last Sunday at Realization Point Trailhead in Boulder, with cigarette burns on her body, a bag of methamphetamines in her pocket, and a bullet hole in her head. Police have pieced together a timeline before and after she was killed, and uncovered a story of how it all went down. (FOX31)
- Rental rates in Denver continue to increase. The average price for an apartment in Denver is now $1,994, up from $1,879 last quarter. The most expensive spot in the city is LODO, with an average rent of $2560. (FOX31)
- Federal dollars pouring into Denver International Airport. As part of The Biden administration's 2021 infrastructure bill, DIA will receive $60M. The airport plans to use the funds expand and upgrade terminals and other facilities. (Out There)
