Colorado Judicial Branch: Free Landlord/tenant Clinic Offered In The 12th Judicial District

Attorneys, judges, court personnel and law enforcement representatives will hold a panel discussion during the presentation.

ALAMOSA, Colo. – The Access to Justice Committee of the 12th Judicial District (Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache counties) is offering a free clinic on Aug. 26 for anyone interested in learning more about the eviction process.

The clinic, designed for renters, landlords, property managers, property owners, attorneys and others, will offer a presentation on the legal process landlords must follow in an eviction, covering the basic steps and requirements. Attorneys, judges, court personnel and law enforcement representatives will hold a panel discussion during the presentation.

The clinic is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. on Aug. 26, 2021, at the Alamosa Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 315 Craft Drive, in Alamosa. Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, and people interested in attending must register by Aug. 19, 2021.
