Hello, everybody! I'm here with your Tuesday edition of the Denver Daily. Keep reading to find out all the most important things happening in town, including updates on:
- The Denver's mayor race is filling up with candidates for next April's municipal election.
- Salt Lick Collective heads south to Denver's Little Saigon.
- Denver's Maria Empanada bails on plans to expand into Boulder market.

Here are the top stories today in Denver:
- Gov. Polis moves to reconstruct emergency Colorado River team. The governor's proposal seeks leadership change and the creation of at least 12 new positions. Additionally, the plan will infuse $5 million into state water plan grants. (CO Sun)
- Another one joins the party. There are now 16 candidates that have declared their intentions to become the next Denver mayor. State Sen. Chris Hansen has officially joined the race for the April 4, 2023 Denver Municipal Election on Monday and additional candidates are rumored to be be joining soon. (9News)
- Denver indie label moves to Denver's "Little Saigon" for a better location. The Salt Lick Collective's recording studio and music video production space along with their record label, have all headed south and hung their new mantle in Federal Blvd's Little Saigon area. (Westword)
- Another restaurant chain decides it's not worth trying to open a new location in Boulder. Denver-based Maria Empanada had planned to open a new outpost in Boulder, but retracted its plan once they realized the uphill battle they faced. Recently, Rosenberg's high-tailed it out of Boulder. - Along with colder temperatures this week, snow is expected on Thursday in metro Denver. Colder temperatures are on the way for the metro area this week. (KDVR)
