Colorado's $1M Vaccine Draw: How To Check If You're Listed
The first drawing for $1 million is Friday. Here's how to check if you're in the database.
DENVER, CO — One lucky Coloradan will be $1 million richer by the weekend, but only if their name appears in the COVID-19 vaccination database.
Colorado's first drawing for the vaccination sweepstakes is scheduled for Friday, but Tuesday is the last day to get your vaccine — at least one dose — to be entered.
Anyone who's received the vaccine so far is automatically entered — check here to see if you're in the database (make sure to enter your information exactly as you submitted it). If you aren't recorded in the database, first check with your vaccine provider to make sure your information was submitted, then call the Colorado Immunization Information System at 303-692-2437 (Option 2).

The next drawings — which will each announce the $1 million winner — will be held June 11, June 18, June 25 and July 7.
The state worked with Colorado Lottery to launch the sweepstakes, which will assign random numbers to residents so that the agency has no access to people's names and information, the governor said. Nearly 90 percent of Coloradans gave their phone numbers during their vaccination registrations, so the drawing process is expected to go smoothly, officials said.
