- Denver's LoDo food truck ban is probably unconstitutional. Lawyers have warned the City of Denver that the Denver Police's action that removed food trucks from of downtown in hopes of quelling the violence in downtown, is likely unconstitutional. (7News)
- City Denver unveils its new affordable housing prioritization program. The Department of Housing Stability is rolling out another affordable housing policy in hopes of helping those most at risk of displacement and homelessness. (Yahoo!)
- Are Colorado's state parks getting loved to death? Overuse at the state's parks has park managers seeing more trash, packed campsites and picnic areas, and trails being damaged. Since 2019, many of Colorado's state parks have seen the number of annual visits more than double. (FOX31)
- Why aren't the elevators on the Union Gateway bridge working 24/7? Former Olympian Amy Van Dyken, who uses a wheelchair, is fighting to get the elevators turned back on at night on the 18th Union Gateway Bridge. The hours of operation for the elevators were changed last year for safety and hygiene purposes. (KMGH)
- The COVID-19 pandemic isn't over. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) recently revised its vaccine-breakthrough dashboard and is recommending that everyone in the state complete the entire vaccine series. (Westword)
