Denver is proposing to distribute $2 million dollars as part of a plan to provide a basic income program that would provide financial assistance to families experiencing homelessness.   5. Aspen's Bob Braudis remembered. When the famed, former Pitkin County Sheriff, Bob Braudis, died on June 3 in his small, one-bedroom apartment, he owned almost nothing. Braudis was a believer that his "friends were his currency." His life was memorialized recently at a ceremony in Aspen. (CPR)
