On Jan. 18, ballots were mailed to all military and overseas voters. Monday was the last day for voters who are registered with a political party to change that affiliation or register as unaffiliated in order to receive the corresponding ballot. Now, anyone registered as a Democrat will receive a Democratic ballot and registered Republicans will receive a Republican ballot. Voters who are registered as unaffiliated will receive both ballots, but can only return one.
