“Our thoughts and support go out to the families and communities affected by this unacceptable violence. The DPS Department of Safety continues to work closely with law enforcement on the investigations of the incidents. At this time, there is no indication of an ongoing threat to any DPS school related to the shootings over the weekend or to the shooting in Aurora on Monday. We continue to provide all of the necessary support to our schools and communities that have been affected.”
