  1. Ancient fossil of dinosaur could fetch $500,000. A dinosaur fossil that was discovered in 2019 while roadwork was being completed could possibly sell for half a million. The dinosaur was discovered in 2019 during roadwork on private land, and the fossil of the Iguanodon that was found is believed to have roamed the earth 150 million years ago. (Patch)
  2. Jaywalking could meet its end in Denver. It's illegal to cross the street in many places in Denver, but if City Council has its way, the offense will become a low priority for enforcement, essentially making it legal. Recent research shows that people of color are ticketed for this offense the most. (Westword)
  3. FlexHQ plans to expand in Denver. A recent transaction shows that FlexHQ has spent $10.8 million for a property at 5180 Fox St. The company is planning to renovate the building into a co-working space. (Mile High CRE)
  4. Denver International Airport's secret warehouse is filled with lost and found treasures. The City of Denver is profits from lost items at DIA. In the first five months of the year, the city netted over $500,000 from auctioning off items that had been lost at the airport.(9News)
