DENVER, CO — Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems has filed lawsuits against Newsmax and One America News, accusing the conservative media networks of defaming the company through false claims about the 2020 presidential election.

In each of the three lawsuits filed Monday, Dominion is seeking more than $1.6 billion in damages, citing lost profits and other harms, according to a report by Reuters.
