- City faces pickle of a problem as pickleball group fights park ban. The City of Denver's Parks and Recreation department faces opposition from local pickleball players, who are protesting against the removal of the courts. The city cited noise ordinance violations as the reason for the removal. Now a lawyer has now lodged an appeal with the department's Advisory Board on behalf of the pickleball community. (CBS4)
- Metro Denver's housing market sees 30 percent drop in new real estate listings. The metro Denver housing market remains tight for buyers, in part because there is a significant shortage of properties available for purchase in the region, making it challenging for prospective homebuyers to find the right home to purchase. - Bar Bar granted legal right to host live music. The iconic dive bar in downtown Denver was granted a cabaret license by the City of Denver on May 4. The new license will allow the venue host live music, despite having hosted live music for as long as I can remember. (Westword)
- City of Denver's Police Department rolls out an easy-to-use bicycle registration program. Denver bicycle owners can now enroll bikes in to the city's newly minted program. This new system could significantly reduce future thefts and increase the return of stolen bikes to their rightful owners. (KUSA)
- A pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle in downtown Denver, has died. An individual that was walking in downtown Denver the intersection of 18th and Champa streets on Friday night and was struck by a vehicle, has passed away due to their injuries. (Gazette)

- Dust off the seat and pump up the tires on your bicycle! ¡Viva! Streets is a car-free event that pays tribute to Ciclovia's Latin American origins.
