Gaylord Rockies Holding Job Fairs To Hire 380 Seasonal Positions

AURORA, CO — If you're looking for some extra cash this holiday season, the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is looking to fill 380 seasonal positions for its inaugural Christmas at Gaylord Rockies 2019 holiday celebration.

The "STARS" positions will pay between $14.25 and $24 per hour, the center said.

Those who are interested in applying can set up an interview by appointment on Oct. 2 and 3 or attend one of two job fairs on October 4 and 5. Examples of available positions include main stage actors, costume characters, retail positions and box office attendants.

The job fairs will be held Friday, Oct. 4 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 6700 North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard, Aurora.

The event, which will run from Nov. 22 to Jan. 5, 2020, will include ICE! featuring Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, an ice sculpture adventure; Cirque Dreams Holidaze theatrical performances; ice skating, tubing and bumper cars; a Naughty or Nice Escape Room; character breakfasts; family-friendly activities; and themed décor with a holiday light display.
