Great American Beer Festival 2017 Announces Denver Dates, Ticket Info

Three days. Four sessions. Beers fro more than 800 breweries.

Would you like to try a good beer? A couple of good beers? How about beers from 800 brewers from around the country - all of whom pretty much feel they are the best? Well, that will be the case in October when the Great American Beer Fest returns to the Mile High City.

The Brewers Association will have their festival on October 5, 6, and 7 at the Colorado Convention Center. Four sessions. And a lot of beer. Last year the 800 breweries brought nearly 3,900 beers. They were enjoyed by more than 60,000 people.

The association says that the best way to get yourself tickets to join. Members pre-sale starts on August 1 - a full day before tickets are available for the public.

Last year the event - the entire event - sold out in just over one hour.

The event generates nearly $30 million in economic impact for the city.
