Lock Down Lifted At Hidden Lake High School After Gun Report
Hidden Lake High School in Westminster was placed on modified lock down after a possible sighting of an armed man, police said.
WESTMINSTER, CO — Hidden Lake High School in Westminster was placed on modified lock down Thursday morning after a report of a firearm near the school's campus, Westminster police said. The lock down was lifted just before 11 a.m.
A school staff member may have witnessed a man with a firearm outside the school, police said.
Officers were called to the school at about 8:30 a.m. They were making sure the man didn't enter the building, police said.
