Denver Weather: Hot-Hot-Hot This Week, Cooling Friday
Temperatures will be up in the triple-digits Wednesday and Thursday, with thunderstorms predicted for Friday: NWS

DENVER, CO – Temps this week in Denver and the Front Range will get genuinely HOT with predictions in the triple-digits for Wednesday and Thursday, cooling back down for the weekend.
The National Weather service predicts the week will be warm and dry with highs reaching into the 100s on Wednesday and Thursday on the plains (which will be breaking a record). The record high temperature for this week was 105 degrees in 2012 and the record low was 30 degrees in 1951.
With that warm, dry weather will be fire danger increasing Thursday over high mountain valleys, foothills and portions of the plains, NWS said.
