I-70 Traffic: Street Improvements To Denver Pecos St. Roundabout
Lanes will close for road work starting May 21, CDOT said.

From CDot: Beginning on Monday, May 21, 2018, the Colorado Department of Transportation and contractor partner Jalisco International, Inc. will begin work on a $484,000 traffic flow improvement project at the northern Pecos Street roundabout at the Interstate 70 interchange in Denver. The project is expected to conclude in summer 2018.
“We’re always excited to implement safety and operational improvement projects, both big and small,” said Paul Jesaitis, CDOT Region 1 Transportation Director. “These improvements at the northern Pecos Street roundabout will help motorists better navigate this busy interchange.”
This project will modify fencing at the northbound Pecos Street roundabout approach to improve sight distance and safety. Signing and striping will also be improved as part of the project.

TRAVEL IMPACTS
The work on this project is limited to the northern Pecos Street roundabout and its approaches. Motorists can expect work to occur Mondays through Fridays, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with lane closures happening on the inside lane of the roundabout.
