  1. Denver's requirement to license all of the multi-unit rentals, so far, isn't working. As of Jan. 1, only 10 percent of rental units in Denver have obtained the necessary city license after passing required inspections for landlords with multiple units at the same location. (9News)
  2. Keep an eye on your pets, it's coyote mating season and the animals become more aggressive. During the mating season from mid-January to mid-March, Colorado Parks and Wildlife is reminding pet owners to be extra cautious as coyotes may become more aggressive towards pets, and in rare cases, people. To protect smaller dogs and cats, it's recommended to keep them on a leash during walks and to keep an eye on them when they are outside in the yard. (FOX31)
  3. Westminster police investigating after arrest video goes viral. The Westminster Police Department is investigating after an altercation that occurred on Saturday that resulted in the arrest of a woman. The viral video of the incident that involved a fight that included three women in their 20s and a 74-year-old man. (9News)
  4. High school football star in Lakewood needs a heart donor. A Lakewood high school football player is seeking assistance from the community after experiencing a severe heart attack in November. (Yahoo!)
