Here are the top stories today in Denver:

  2. Here are results for Denver's municipal ballot measures. Tuesday's ballot items for Denver included things like Denver funding for a citywide sidewalk plan, legal representation for those facing eviction, recycling and composting for multi-unit buildings, as well as another one that would fund the Denver Public Library. (9News)
  3. The City of Louisville moves to ban new gas stations and has a plan to make it permanent. Last Tuesday, without any fanfare, the Louisville Town Council voted 5-2 on an emergency ordinance that put in place a temporary moratorium for any new gas stations. There's also a petition being circulated that would make the ban permanent. (Complete CO)
  4. It's official. Magic Mushrooms are legal in Colorado. Ten years ago, weed was legalized, now Colorado is second state in the U.S. to legalize the use of psilocybin mushrooms. Proposition 122 received 51 percent of the statewide vote. (CO Sun)
  5. There really is a free lunch. Well, at least if you're a school-aged student. It appears that Colorado voters have passed Proposition FF, which will provide free school meals to every public school student across the state. (CPR)
