Man Shot, Killed In Denver's Globeville Neighborhood

DENVER, CO — A man has been charged in connection with a homicide in Denver's Globeville neighborhood, police said. Officers were called to the intersection of Washington and 48th Avenue early Sunday morning, and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Two people were taken into custody after the shooting; however only one person has been charged, according to the Denver Police Department.
