Metro Denver Weather Forecast: Snow, Rain, Wind
Rain, snow showers and intense wind gusts are expected Thursday in Denver's metro area, the National Weather Service said.
Many people are rarely leaving their homes under Colorado's stay-at-home order, but an umbrella is recommended for those who are venturing outside. Rain and snow are expected to fall in Denver's metro area Thursday, with a high around 40 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
There's a chance of drizzle between noon and 1 p.m., and then up to an 80 percent chance of rain and snow showers in the late afternoon and evening. Northeast wind could gust up to 21 mph.
Rain and snow showers will become all snow after 7 p.m., with an 80 percent chance of precipitation, weather officials said. New snow accumulation is expected to be no more than an inch.

You can expect a mostly cloudy sky Friday, with a high near 45, the agency said.
Then on Saturday, there will be a 20 percent chance of snow showers, with a high near 58. Sunday will see a mostly sunny sky.
