More Severe Thunderstorms, Hail Possible in Metro Denver: NWS
Large hail, damaging winds, heavy rain and even a tornado will be possible, the National Weather Service said.

DENVER, CO – Get ready for more severe storms. The National Weather Service's Boulder office is predicting thunderstorms this afternoon and evening across northeast Colorado.
"Large hail, damaging winds, heavy rain and even a tornado will be possible," NWS tweeted.
A tornado watch was in effect for the following counties: Adams, arapahoe, Baca, Bent, Boulder, Broomfield, Cheyenne, Crowley and Denver.

A tornado warning was issued for Weld County. Pea-sized hail was reported in Boulder County in Niwot.
