  3. Denver City Council gives the green light for the redevelopment of Park Hill Golf Course despite the perpetual conservation easement. The City of Denver is giving the go-ahead for the redevelopment of Park Hill Golf Course, after a late-night, 10-3 vote in favor of the plan. The proposal has been met with strong reactions on both sides since its initial submission. (Patch)
  4. Downtown Denver still struggling after the pandemic. Despite attempts to revive it, downtown Denver's activity remains lower than in 2019. Experts speculate that the ongoing shift of workers to suburban areas due to the COVID-19 pandemic may be a contributing factor. (FOX31)
  5. The Colorado Rockies' proposal for a plaza across the street from Coors Field will be considered by city council. A proposal has been presented that would create a pedestrian-focused public space and improve the festival street concept along 21st Street. (BizWest)
