Power Outages In Metro Denver Affect More Than 3,000
Xccel Energy reported power outages in metro Denver Friday. RTD Light Rail Lines E, F, H, R are back online after service interruptions.

LITTLETON, CO -- A series of power outages in metro Denver affected more than 3,000 customers, Xcel Energy reported Friday.
Large outages affecting more than 2,000 customers were reported around 11:19 a.m. in Littleton and Lone Tree in the Acres Green area, Xcel's outage map showed.
RTD announced around 2:30 p.m. that power had been re-connected for light rail lines with disrupted service Friday.

Power has been restored to the R line, trains are running from Peoria Station to Lincoln Station. Power on all lines has been restored, bus shuttles have been stopped. Please expect some delays as we get back on schedule over the next hour.

Power was scheduled to be restored sometime Friday afternoon, the company said.
