Rafi Law Group Welcomes Shane Scadden as a Junior Associate Attorney

(DENVER, Sept. 8, 2026) Shane Scadden has joined Rafi Law Group as a Junior Associate Attorney. Licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas, Scadden brings experience in personal injury, commercial trucking litigation and public defense to the firm.

As a Denver personal injury attorney, Scadden is committed to achieving the best possible result for every client. He takes a thorough approach to each case, learning its details and circumstances so he can advocate effectively for his clients and negotiate for the best possible outcome.

Scadden grew up in Illinois before moving to Alabama in 2014 to attend the University of Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Governance and a minor in History. Upon graduation, he received the Fran Geddes Award for Outstanding Service. His firsthand experience with government institutions and community organizing, along with an understanding of how legal systems affect individuals and communities, inspired him to pursue a career in law.

Scadden went on to earn his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. Throughout all three years of law school, he worked in the Public Defender’s Office, gaining courtroom experience while helping represent hundreds of clients. He graduated with a certificate in public service, reflecting his longstanding commitment to helping others.

Before joining Rafi Law Group, Scadden worked as an associate attorney litigating commercial trucking and personal injury cases. His combination of courtroom and civil litigation experience provides a strong foundation for representing people who have been injured in accidents and advocating for their interests throughout the legal process.

Scadden is admitted to the State Bar of Colorado and the State Bar of Texas.
