DENVER — Santa Claus may have some rain to contend with as he flies over Denver on Christmas Eve, and weather will be mild Christmas Day.

Expect showers on Friday, with a high of 54 and a low of 33. The chance of rain is highest in the afternoon, according to AccuWeather. There will be some wind, with gusts as high as 21 miles per hour.

Christmas Day is forecast to be sunny and mild, with a high of 61 and a low of 37. Expect some wind Friday too.
