- Another library closes after meth contamination is discovered. The Arvada Library in Jefferson County has closed temporarily after testing revealed that the building had been contaminated by meth. It's the forth public library in Colorado that has been impacted. (KDVR)
- Shots fired on Sunday at Colorado Mills in Lakewood. Lakewood police are looking into an incident of gunfire that impacted two stores at Colorado Mills Mall on Saturday. Upon arriving, police saw some people exiting the area, but no suspects were present. Both Dicks Sporting Goods and Off Broadway Shoes were damaged in the incident. (FOX31)
- Su Teatro celebrates making the final mortgage payment their theater space on Santa Fe. The Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center hosted a celebration after paying off the final balance on its mortgage for its home base at the Denver Civic Theatre. (Yahoo!)
- A rent control bill proposed by state legislature would grant cities the power to implement rent regulations. Legislators hope to develop a tool that will allow municipalities to stabilize soaring rent prices in Colorado. Renters across the state have seen rapid increase, with a 12 percent hike in just one year and 88 percent growth over the past decade. (CBS4)
